Leslie Ricketts has worked in various positions in the financial industry since 2011. She joined Benchmark Mortgage in 2018 where she first worked as a Client Relationship Manager but soon came to understand that her true passion was helping others make their dream of home ownership a reality. Leslie knows that purchasing a home can be intimidating and stressful. She strives to make the process of home ownership one that is stress free and enjoyable. At the same time, she aims to make sure that the home is working as a financial asset and helping to build long term wealth. She understands the real relationship starts at the close of the loan and will continue to manage the mortgage for years to come.
Leslie was born and raised in Henderson, KY where her father was a custom home builder. This caused her to love the home ownership process from a very young age. She has been married to her husband, Derek, for 20 years and together they have four adult children and have recently become grandparents. Their youngest son joined the Airforce in 2020. Helping our Veterans and currently serving men and women use the VA benefit that they have earned is something that she takes personally. In her spare time, you will find Leslie serving in her local church or spending time with her family.
